Takeaway & delivery billing, built for India
The till that doesn't stop when the internet does.
MenuPOS runs your takeaway and delivery counter. It bills, numbers and prints a GST-correct invoice with no network at all, then syncs the moment the line is back. Built for counters where the connection drops and the queue does not. Dine-in and table ordering are in build — join the waitlist below.

When the line drops
Most POS apps go quiet. This one keeps printing.
A counter that cannot bill is a counter that cannot trade. MenuPOS decides the bill number on the device, so the slip in your customer's hand is final the moment it prints — whether or not anything reached a server.
The connection goes
A bar appears at the top of the billing screen. Nothing else changes.
You carry on billing — still printing
Orders, totals, GST and the printed bill all work. Each counter holds its own invoice series, so two tills can never clash on a number.
The line comes back
Queued bills upload themselves, oldest first, and land on the day they were actually taken — not the day they synced.
Why choose MenuPOS
Six things most billing apps get wrong.
A GST series that survives an audit
Numbers reset on 1 April, run unbroken per counter, and stay inside the 16 characters the law allows. No gaps to explain, no duplicates, even across a week-long outage.
One counter, through a two-day outage
Amber = billed with no internet. Same series, no gap, nothing to explain later.
Aggregator orders taxed correctly
Under Sec 9(5) the platform pays GST on those orders. MenuPOS charges none on them, prints them as an order summary, and keeps them out of your taxable figures — on a separate line your CA can reconcile against the platform statement.
Who pays the GST
pays GST You
charge nil
Charging it again would hand the same tax over twice, and inflate every taxable figure you file.
Totals that never drift
Every amount is held in whole paise, never a decimal that rounds a little differently each time. Tax splits into equal CGST and SGST halves, the round-off is stored on the bill, and the arithmetic is checked on every bill the system writes.
Why decimals are the wrong tool for money
A computer cannot hold ₹0.10 exactly. MenuPOS counts paise, so ₹462.00 is 46200 — a whole number, every time.
Your menu from a photograph
Photograph a page of your card. Dishes, prices and section headings come back as a list you can edit, with Half and Full columns already understood as one dish with two sizes. Check it, set the GST rate, done.
One page, read in a few seconds
Half and Full become one dish with two sizes, not two dishes. You check every row before it saves.
The drawer tallies before you go home
Set the opening float in the morning. At close, MenuPOS shows sales by payment mode and what the drawer should hold, you count it, and it tells you short or over to the rupee. The day then locks.
Closing on a Tuesday
Found the same night, while someone still remembers the evening.
Everyone signs in as themselves
Staff sign in with an outlet code and a four-digit PIN. Discounts, cancellations, reprints and sales figures are each switched on per person, and every bill carries who made it and who cancelled it.
Switched on per person
| Can | Cashier | Manager |
|---|---|---|
| Take orders | Yes | Yes |
| Give discounts | No | Yes |
| Cancel bills | No | Yes |
| See the takings | No | Yes |
Yours to set per person, not fixed by the role.
GST, not an afterthought
Your bill number already tells the whole story.
Every invoice MenuPOS prints is built from three parts, each one there for a reason.
SB/26-27/0042
The counter
Each till has its own series, so an offline device can number a bill without asking anyone. A second counter bills as SB2.
The financial year
Resets every 1 April, as GST requires. A bill taken in March and one in April can never share a number.
The sequence
Unbroken, with room for 99,999 bills on one counter in one year. That is 274 a day, every day.
The monthly report your CA asks for
A month's bills as Excel or CSV: a summary, every bill, and a b2cs sheet laid out like the GSTR-1 offline tool. Rate-wise taxable value, CGST, SGST and round-off all add up to the totals — because the total row is the sum of the rows above it.
Composition scheme? Also handled.
A composition outlet prints a Bill of Supply with no tax lines and the declaration printed on it, and its report gives you the sales total for CMP-08. Unregistered outlets simply charge no GST.
What it runs on
Nothing new to buy.
The printer already on your counter
58 mm and 80 mm thermal printers over Bluetooth, USB or a serial cable. Pair it once per device. No printer yet? The bill opens in the normal print dialog.
Any Android phone or tablet
MenuPOS installs from the browser and opens like an app — no store, no laptop, no install disc. Add a second counter and it gets its own bill series automatically.
Takeaway, delivery and the apps
Separate price sets and packing charges for takeaway and delivery, delivery addresses on the slip, and Counter, Phone, Swiggy or Zomato recorded on every order.
Pricing
From ₹9 a day. Free for the first month.
Renewing
A year, then MenuPOS tells you well before it ends.
No silent expiry, no card quietly charged, and no morning where the counter will not open. You are reminded inside the app a month ahead, and you renew by UPI in under a minute.
Covered for 12 months
One payment for that outlet. Nothing recurring, nothing stored, no card on file.
MenuPOS starts reminding you
A notice appears on your own screens with the days remaining. Your cashiers never see it.
Two more weeks of grace
Nothing changes yet. Scan the UPI QR on the subscription screen, enter the reference, and you are on for another year.
Reports pause. Billing does not.
GST reports and settings wait until you renew. Taking orders and printing bills carry on exactly as before, and nothing is deleted.
Dine-in and table ordering
MenuPOS bills takeaway and delivery today, and does it properly. Running tables are what we are building next — open a table, add to it through the meal, split it or move it, and settle at the end.
Tell us how your floor actually runs and we will bring you in early, while it can still be shaped around it.
Takes a minute. We call before it goes live.
What table ordering will do
- Open a table and add to it through the meal, settle once at the end
- Split a bill between guests, or move an order to another table
- See at a glance which tables are running and what each one owes
- Takeaway and delivery carry on exactly as they do now
Getting started
We set it up with you. You don't do it alone.
Changing the thing that takes your money is not a small decision, so we do the first run with you rather than send a link and wish you luck. It costs nothing, and it is the same people who built it.
Your menu, put in for you
Send a photo of your card and we'll load it, check the GST rates and the sizes, and show you the result.
Your printer, paired
We get the thermal printer talking to the counter phone and print a real bill in your own layout before you trust it with a customer.
Your staff, shown how
Each cashier set up with their own PIN and the right permissions, and walked through a few bills until it is boring.
Then we stay reachable — for good
Your first GST month-end, a price change, a new outlet. Same people, not a ticket queue.
Try it through one evening rush.
Set up your menu from a photograph, pair the printer, and bill a real evening of takeaway and delivery. Thirty days, no card, and the bills you take are yours to keep.
